Lamb rack has never been so elegant! Sous vide cooking makes it super easy to whip up this meal. Lamb racks are great for entertaining and here’s how you can prepare juicy lamb:
- 2 racks of lamb
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 teaspoon meat seasoning of choice
- Vegetable oiling for searing
Set your sous vide cooker to 140°F / 60°C
Season lamb with salt, pepper, rosemary, and meat seasoning.
Place in vacuum bag or resealable ziplock bag using water immersion method.
Place in water bath and cook for 4 hours.
Sear lamb on both sides for 1-2 minutes per side.
Slice between bones and enjoy!
