Sous Vide Cold Brew Coffee can be done a lot faster than regular cold-brewed coffee and the advantage is that you can make a lot of coffee in bulk and then refrigerate it. Don’t worry it wont lose from the freshness like the traditional types of coffee that we are all familiar with.
Sous Vide Cold Brew Coffee
- 1/2 cup fresh coarse ground coffee
- 4 cups water
- Coffee filter
Set Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150°F
Combine 1/2 cup coffee and 4 cups water, split between two mason jars or a large glass jug. Tighten lids with fingertips, careful not to over tighten.
Place in water bath for two hours.
When the time goes off, remove jars from bath and filter coffee through standard coffee filter into a large jug. Store for up to 10 days in the refrigerator.
